- Attend school chairperson's summer meeting.
- Be responsible for overseeing the Torrance Adventures in Art program at their own school
- Recruit docents and assistants
- Obtain a budget for docent fees and supplies
- Meet with school docents, principal and staff to give an overview of the program
- By the September Premiere Meeting: Submit a completed list of docents to the Directory Chairperson, Collect and Submit signed 'Docent Agreements", Submit a signed "School Memo of Understanding", and Forward payment for all participating docents to the Program Treasurer.
- Provide copies of 'Teacher Letter of Introduction" and "Philosophy and Goals" for all docents to give classroom teachers prior to the first workshop
- Coordinate the purchasing of supplies for workshops and classroom projects.
- Coordinate classroom assignments and set scheduling at their school location.
- Be responsible for Publicity and Public Relations at their own school.
